This week (June 4th—June 8th) our guest taps are featuring a selection of ciders, perries, ales, and beers from the United Kingdom and Ireland. It’s a list of nostalgic creations that we are calling “Avalon Folklore” featuring pub inspired ales and truly spectacular ciders.
To headline the list, we are tapping three extraordinary @tomoliverscider selections from Herefordshire in England. Each is made with minimal intervention, emphasizing balance, fruit character, and spontaneous fermentation. They are one of a kind creations, truly of the time, the place, and the land of Herefordshire.
Alongside these limited release ciders, we decided to tap some other classic ales from the United Kingdom, some stouts from Ireland, and pub inspired ales from our favorite breweries around New England. We hope it’s a list that can transport you to the pubs of Europe and the orchard hills of Herefordshire. Enjoy from a menu of draft, cans, and bottles!
